Rutgers & Posch advises Euronext NV on its acquisition of a 60% majority stake in iBabs BV.
Euronext announced on 10 July 2017 that it has acquired a 60% majority stake in iBabs, a Dutch company specialised in dematerialised board portal solutions for corporates and public organisations. The transaction includes a payment of Euro 30.1 mln. For Euronext the transaction represents a significant further milestone in the deployment of its corporate services offering and its “Agility for Growth” strategic plan announced in 2016, after having already acquired a majority stake in Company Webcast early 2017.
