Rutgers & Posch acted as Dutch legal counsel to Accsys Technologies on the firm placing and open offer of new Accsys shares that are to be listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM market) and Euronext Amsterdam. The net proceeds of the fundraising will strengthen Accsys’ balance sheet in the context of the two significant capital projects.
