For over twenty years Assistance Software is a leading provider of Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions, known for delivering out-of-the-box PSA solutions designed for specific services industries. The acquisition extends Unit4’s already comprehensive solution for professional services organizations (PSOs). The acquisition supports Unit4’s strategy to deliver specialized customer facing solutions to services organizations so they can improve the management of their business operations from front to back office.
Unit4 and Assistance Software both specialize in delivering powerful industry-specific solutions. Together the companies will focus on extending the functionality and delivering pre-built content for key verticals within professional services but also extend the offering to other relevant project-based industries.
