Rutgers & Posch advised Icon Real Estate on the acquisition of the offices and retail complex New Babylon in The Hague

Real estate investor Icon Real estate has acquired the offices and retail complex of New Babylon in The Hague. The seller is Babylon Den Haag B.V. Besides the two offices buildings and the shopping mall, Icon Real Estate also acquired the TESS installation, which supplies heath and cold to the entire New Babylon complex and to the Leiden University College The Hague.

Icon Real Estate is the leading real estate portfolio of Victory Advisors and focusses on the Benelux. Babylon Den Haag B.V. is part of Propertize, the former real estate section of SNS Reaal.
