Rutgers & Posch advises Euronext in the appeal proceedings from Euronext against the Dutch Minister of Finance. By verdict of 17 December 2015 http://uitspraken.rechtspraak.nl/inziendocument?id=ECLI:NL:RBROT:2015:9354&keyword=%22euronext%22 the Rotterdam Court has ruled in favour of Euronext by revoking the renewed licenses of Euronext and Euronext Amsterdam, including the capital requirements contained therein.
