Rutgers & Posch advised Kempen Capital Management on acquisition of MN UK

Fund and asset manager Kempen Capital Management N.V. (KCM) has acquired the UK fiduciary management activities of MN, the Dutch pension and asset manager. KCM will integrate the acquired business, including the MN UK team, into its existing business. The MN UK business services clients with assets totalling to 10.9 billion euro, of which 3.5 billion euro fiduciary managed assets.

Subject to obtaining of the required approvals, closing of the transaction is scheduled for 1 October 2015.

KCM is a subsidiary of Kempen & Co. N.V., which in turn is a subsidiary of F. van Lanschot Bankiers N.V.
