Rutgers & Posch advises Zorg van de Zaak, a leading Dutch company in healthcare services for businesses, in relation to the acquisition of Rode Kruis Hospital at Beverwijk, the Netherlands (RKZ). The team was led by Matthijs van den Broek (corporate) and further included Franci van Helvoirt (corporate), Dirk-Jan Rutgers (employment/healthcare), Kees Westermann (finance) and Miranda Gossen (finance).

RKZ is a general hospital with an internationally renowned burn and wound care center. As a result of the transaction knowledge and expertise can be exchanged between a provider of medical services and a provider of general healthcare services to businesses. The cooperation further strengthens the financial situation of RKZ. RKZ will be one of the few hospitals in the Netherlands that will be privately held.
