Rutgers & Posch advises Rijsbergen Cartal, Heuts en Slager Automaterialen in the sale to Sator-LKQ

Sator-LKQ, a leading US based provider of alternative and specialty parts to repair and accessorize automobiles and other vehicles has acquired five Netherlands companies, all of which were customers and distributors for LKQ’s Netherlands subsidiary, Sator Holding B.V. Rutgers & Posch represented three of the acquired companies: Rijsbergen Cartal, Heuts and Slager Automaterialen. The team consisted of Lennaert Posch, Mariette Haloua, Melissa van der Meer (all corporate) and Tijmen Noordoven (employment law). Roy Moonen of Pereira Consultants provided tax advice to Heuts.
